My husband is a treasure.
A woman who has a husband who honors her and is faithful and true and loves the Lord deeply and is playful but his character runs deep too...
blessing abounds to her.
In so many ways Scripture and sermon and life are reminding me to be grateful. Not to take this man whom I am one with for granted. Not to covet the relationship God has blessed us with.
Through pain and trial, through temptation and frustration, through delight and difficulty, we are together.
We have our dear family and precious friends and sweet church who overwhelm our lives with love, support, joy, encouragement, and relationship. But, when it is just us, we bask in the pureness of love and the fruits of marriage.
This is not the easy way. God knows. We know. Countless others know. Challenges present in obstacles continually in matrimonial ties. Strife and angst mark the life of marital bliss. But, we have each other. In covenant that shall not be broken.
