Inspired by the beginning of my Bible study's new topic in the sermon series of Vintage Jesus from Mars Hill...I was moved to tears as we went around in a circle and described the qualities and characteristics of Jesus that we love most--that are most meaningful and purposeful to our hearts. Who is Jesus to you? These are truly just a sampling of the descriptors I know Him intimately as and who He is to me by the way He interacts with me so personally. Who is He to you? Who can He be to you? Healer of My Heart. Friend. Savior. Father. Lover of My Soul. Teacher. Forgiver. Restorer. Faithful One. Hope Breather. Truth. Sacrifice. Joy Giver. Tender. Light. Inspiration. Example. Shepherd. Leader. Model. Cherished. King of Kings. Exalted. Knowledge Provider. Good. To Be Praised. Real. Guide. Compass. Direction. Path. Way. Purpose. Meaning. Eternal. Right. One Who Delights in His Children. Trustworthy. Above All Else. Gentle. The Way. Hope-Filled. Holy. Worthy. Peace Maker. Physical Healer. Provider. Daddy God. Genuine. Grace. Mighty. Transformer.
