The Anniversary Vacation

We went on vacation a month ago, but I still have to record our delightful list of new things we enjoyed and experiences we adventured at in and around Playa del Carmen, Mexico, one of our favorite places. Our list was created on a now wrinkledy Coca Cola from our hellish return journey on Air Tran. We will never again travel on Air Tran, but, negatives aside, here is the list:
*lay over in Atlanta (crappy hotel)
*parasailing
*windsurfing (Alejandro only can prove with the callouses that remain on his hands after flesh was ripped off into the ocean with the efforts he had to make to keep that sail up for more than one second at a time!)
*ziplines
*underground river swimming in caves of stalactites and stalagmites
*jeep driving through same caves and forest
*one year anniversary
*katamaran boating together for fishing
*pool volleyball many times in rain and sun
*sushi show and eating hibachi (think Benihana's Mexican style)
*hotel sales speech :(
*visit Playa del Carmen
*ate way too much together

I was tempted to type it exactly as Alejandro wrote it with his adorable English grammar and all, but I refrained and edited. :)
